Ok seriously.

Can “90S FASHION!!!” as a punchline just quit it already?
This picture shows a wide variety of fashion styles. Some are currently not popular. Some are. But I would not look at any of them and go “Yep, that is 100% characteristic of the nineties”.

Christ ok just saying “lol nineties the clothes must have been bad” is not a punchline.

Some of those clothes aren’t even that bad…
